Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions reflect the mode of operation of Banking Advisory Kft. (registered seat: 1065 Budapest Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street 43. 3rd floor. 2 tax number 14397002-2-42), and the regulations applicable to our company when providing financial educational services (“Services”).

 

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, legal obligations are established between Banking Advisory Kft. and the participants (“Client”), thereby ensuring the protection and respect of both parties' interests. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all financial educational services provided by Banking Advisory Kft.

 

By filling out the application form and paying the course fee, the Client accepts the following terms:

1. Venue of Services: It will be identified on the website for each occasion / "in the online space"

 

3. Obligations of Banking Advisory Kft.:

1. Ensures the quality and effectiveness of the Services, and provides necessary conditions for their implementation;

2. Provides all necessary documents to support the Services, such as PDFs, Excel files, and website links;

3. Provides the necessary personal and material conditions for the Services;

4. In the event of force majeure, immediately informs the Client about any changes to the schedule;

5. If (part of) the financial educational services fail(s) to take place due to Banking Advisory Kft.’s fault, Banking Advisory Kft. automatically reschedules the activity by establishing a new schedule with no delay;

6. Notifies the Client about any changes related to the Services, verbally or in writing;

 

4. Obligations of the Client:

1. Pays the Service fee before the commencement of the Services;

2. Upon registration for the Services, the Client declares that the information provided is accurate;

3. Actively cooperates with Banking Advisory Kft. during the performance of Services;

4. Accepts the scheduling of the meetings and appears punctually at the meetings scheduled;

5. Commits not disturbing the meetings scheduled, collaborates with other participants at group meetings.

 

5. Consequences of Breach of Contract:

1. If the Client fails to fulfill their contractual obligations or obstructs the performance of the Services, Banking Advisory Kft. may exclude the Client from the Services;

2. If the Client does not appear punctually at the beginning of a given meeting, Banking Advisory Kft. is not obliged to ensure the Client’s participation, whether it is a personal or online meeting. Banking Advisory Kft. is not responsible for damages resulting from the delay and cannot be obliged to refund money;

3. If it is provable that the meeting does not start or does not complete due to the negligence of Banking Advisory Kft., or if Banking Advisory Kft. fails to fulfill all its contractual obligations, Banking Advisory Kft. is obliged to refund the portion of the service fee for which the Service was no longer provided.

 

6. Duration:

Each group sessions lasts 120 minutes.

   

7. Absences:

Banking Advisory Kft. does not provide free make-up meetings for absences.

 

8. Complaint Handling:

In the event of any complaints, participants can contact Banking Advisory Kft. at the following email address: info@bankingadvisory.hu, with a resolution period of 8 calendar days available to the provider.

 

9. Payment Methods:

Payments can be made in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.

 

10. Service Fees:

A. The all the time applicable Service Fees are available on Banking Advisory Kft.’s website.

B. No additional fees or costs are imposed on the Client beyond the Service fee indicated on the website.

   

11. Cancellation, Right of Withdrawal, and Refund Policies

1. Clients are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the Services, allowing them to cancel their order without providing a reason, if the Services have not yet commenced;

2. The Services are considered commenced 10 day before the first meeting takes place (“Commencement Date”);

3. Clients can exercise the Right of Withdrawal, up to the Commencement Date, by expressing their intention to withdraw in writing via email to: info@bankingadvisory.hu.

The withdrawal notice must include the Client’s name, contact information, and a clear statement of intent.

 D. Refund Policies
1. Full refunds are provided for withdrawals made before Commencement Date.
2. No partial or prorated refunds are available after Commencement Date.
3. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

 

1. Banking Advisory Kft. does not guarantee the knowledge acquired by users. Liability for technical errors is limited; however, the service provider will make every effort to resolve them.

2. The materials provided by Banking Advisory Kft. in relation to the Services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information presented, Banking Advisory Kft. makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes, financial results, or investment performance that may be derived from applying the knowledge obtained during the delivery of the Services.

3. Participants are solely responsible for any financial decisions made based on the content of the Services. Banking Advisory Kft., its employees and partners shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the information provided during the performance of the Services, including but not limited to loss of capital, loss of profits, or missed investment opportunities.

4. All investment decisions should be made independently and, where appropriate, with the advice of a licensed financial advisor or relevant professional. Participation in the Services does not imply any advisory relationship between the Client and Banking Advisory Kft. or its representatives.

 

13. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and especially the Hungarian Civil Code. For any disputes, the parties designate the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hungary.

2. Banking Advisory Kft. reserves the right to amend General Terms and Conditions, with the latest version published on the platform.
